Ordering flowers online could not be easier. Simply browse our online shop and add any bouquets, arrangements or gifts to your shopping basket. Once you have completed your selection, proceed to checkout where you will be asked for the details required to complete your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments securely online. Customers ordering from outside the UK may have transactions converted into their local currency by their card provider.
Orders may also be placed and paid for over the telephone by calling our florist directly.
Orders cancelled online or by telephone may be subject to a cancellation charge.
Receipt of an order confirmation confirms that your order request has been received. A binding contract is only formed once payment has been successfully processed and accepted. This policy protects both parties in the event of pricing errors, stock availability issues or circumstances beyond our control. Should any pricing discrepancy occur, we will always contact you before proceeding.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Saturday can usually be delivered the same day if required.
Orders received after the daily cut-off time are generally delivered the following working day.
Orders placed for a future delivery date will be delivered on the requested date where possible.
Deliveries requested for public holidays may be delivered on the next available working day.
Online delivery services are currently available within the UK only. Please telephone us regarding international delivery enquiries.
Timed deliveries are not guaranteed, with the exception of funeral flowers and wedding work where prior arrangements have been agreed.
Please telephone us directly if your order is urgent or time sensitive.
If you require particular flower varieties or specialist designs, we recommend providing at least 24 hours notice wherever possible.
Deliveries are attempted once to the address provided. If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the flowers with a neighbour where appropriate and safe to do so, or return the order to the florist premises with a delivery card left for the recipient.
Where collection or re-delivery is required, arrangements will be made at the earliest available opportunity.
Lockwoods Florist cannot accept responsibility for theft, damage or deterioration of flowers once left unattended or left by customer request.
We take great care to prepare all flowers fresh and with attention to quality and presentation.
All prices shown include VAT where applicable.
All online transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology. Payment details are handled securely and are not stored in plain text on our systems.

Your rights relating to returns and cancellations are protected under current UK consumer legislation.
Due to the fresh and perishable nature of flowers, any concern or complaint should be reported within 1 working day of delivery. Refunds or replacements may be offered at the discretion of management depending on the circumstances and condition of the product. We will always aim to resolve any issue fairly and promptly.
